Yep, it went back up. Now, I think its time to institute phase B. Yep, time to start the exercise routine and generating greater caloric deficits.
Thoughts for the Day:
1) Mentally Strong - I knew that I was going to weigh more today. That late dinner and salty meal were messing up my innards. Now, I am retaining water and I am also stopped up. However, I didn't feel heavier...SO..to make myself realize this I pulled out a size 36 pair of slacks that I have never wore because I bought them in 2010 and gained weight before I could wear them. I slid them on and POOF, my doubts left. I feel great and although I haven't met all my goals, I felt better. Now, I have to institute exercise and create a greater caloric chasm.
2) Happy Friday- The sun is shining, the birds are chirping and I am in a great mood. Regardless of what the scale says, I know that I am better than I was a month ago, a year ago or even two years ago. I have a plan and I will execute that plan. It is indeed a happy Friday.
