If I can poke my nose in and offer one small piece of advice, it would be to only record your weight once a week, but commit to getting on the scale on that specific morning. Weight can fluctuate a little from day to day, and even though sometimes I want to record a good loss in the middle of the week sometimes, or don't want to record a gain on a Monday, sticking to that schedule has really helped give me some structure (I also don't go to meetings anymore, just for monetary reasons). I DO get on the scale every morning, but I hold off recording it on here for my Monday mornings.
