Finally back to 139 this morning! I have been seeing 140's for too long, so was so happy to see a 130#! I had a good run last night in the humidity and was about ready to pass out afterwards I was so hot. The first mile was fast and powerful, somewhere around an 8.5 min mile I think.

Hope everyone out there is doing well!

Great job! The humidity is an absolute killer--I can barely make it, myself. 8.5 min mile is awesome!

Wow, 8.5 min mile! Very nice! And congrats on getting back to 139. Keep up the great work! It's hot and humid, here, too. So hard to run in it!
