You suffer if you eat? Does it make you sick to your stomach? My appetite has decreased too, but I still eat a small snack in the morning, lunch and dinner with healthy smacks in between. I found that if I eat less I dont lose any more weight. I actually think not eating often enough slows my weight loss. Well I hope you get to feeling better and you are able to eat more than just toast and an egg. You probably need some good low carb veggies. Make sure you take your vitamins too. Good Luck.
