I'm afraid to do a weigh in, I don't have the courage... I feel like I've only just truly began to get into the daily habit of recording and that habit is what stops me from overeating-- so I've only truly gotten my rhythm in controlling what I eat recently. I think I should wait another 2 weeks before weigh in.. 1.5 months in between each weigh in can still be inspiration?
