It's been a tough few weeks for dieting! And this weekend isn't going to be any better. But my reasons for relaxing are justified--I went on a trip to visit relatives, met an old friend for lunch and desert (yum!), went to visit my younger daughter and this weekend I'm going to watch my oldest daughter graduate from college and I'm enjoying all the festivities that go with these events. I haven't gained any weight so I feel like I'm doing a good job. Besides, if I'm not going to enjoy life, what difference will it make how thin I am?
