It's been a crazy few days getting us all to Az (I forgot how hot it is here!) We'll be staying a while until my husband finds a house. I finally got back into a routine, so I'll be back on the site every day now. My eatings been ok....not the best choices, but I kept the portions down. There's a few nice parks for walking I can't wait to get to.

It has been hot in Southern California too and supposed to be triple digits again this week! Don't forget to hydrate in the heat. :)

well sort of...my husband's still in Chicago, but our lease was up so instead of renewing it we're looking for a house....so the kids and I are staying with family down here. Yes tons of water! I feel like I can't get enough :/

Lily it's good that you're keeping everything in mind although things might not be perfect right now! Try to get time in for walking early or late - it fries in Arizona, as I'm sure you know!
