I need to get some exercise in, or I am never going to get these ten pounds off that I have gained. That's all there is to it!
68,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

i hear ya! i decided i was going to work the gym into my lunch hour today...and i couldnt find my gym shoes.no problem I'll just wear my old ones....but i could only find one shoe!...so i dug deeper and found an even older pair and headed out the door. I will make ...FORCE..myself go on my lunch hour.
