Diario de ErinA120, 29 abr. 08

So, I am down 23.2 lbs. I have been TERRIBLE about staying on point for the past few weeks. I really need to get back with it. Going grocery shopping and getting my stock of healthy choices back is going to make a world of difference. I have to keep up on the shopping. I have 34.8 lbs to go and I know I can do it. I still have not been exercising and I feel winded after going up stairs. So I'm still not healthy, but I'm losing weight. I need to get those exercise dvds, those will be fun.
70,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

I have Leslie Sansone I can send you some copies if you would like , its all walk at home but its an amazing workout and the only one I seem to consistently do when I am on the ball. Good job today, are you on core or flex. Also do you know about the cake secret? It is so much more fulfilling then the 100 cal cakes or snack foods. Great job today keep it up!!

nm i see you are not on core..lol, but they are flex recipes anyway (the cakes and all)
