I continue to learn about the "see-saw." Had a bad day Thursday (husband's illness took a downturn) and turned to a couple of glasses of wine. Boom! Up went the weight .8. Yesterday, Friday, was my "planned binge" day. Had an AMAZING barbecue, potato salad, wine, ½ apple cobbler. Up an additional .8 this morning. And so the "experiment" continues. I'll be back on 1000 - 1100 Sat thru Thurs, binge again on Friday. I know, I know, my "binges" are not what might constitute a binge for some people, but they are for me. I simply have no wiggle room whatsoever.
