This feels effing great!
My 30 day challenge is ending tomm and i'm just 1.4 lbs off of my target weight (127). I really do feel mazing and not just because I look good (?). Its this feeling of accomplishment. I finally did it. Got rid of the excess poundage and I did it right.
Day after tomm I will start transitioning into OWL. Wny? Because I'm just a measly 7.4 lbs away from my ultimate goal weight of 121 lbs!!! *victory dance*
