Haven't been motivated these pass couple of weeks and it's taking toll on my weight gain.
114,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 33,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
Ganando 0,7 kg a la Semana

Don't beat yourself up. We all have down time and its ok. Learn from it and then you will recognise what effects you so you can re motivate. You've done really well so far

Refocus your mind, set some smaller goals & work your way back up. I was in the same situation & allow myself to be de-railed for over a month. However I adjused my mentality, thinking about how fasr I came & the rewards of continuing to press forward. Remember, thoughts are things. The more you put your mind to it, your actions will follow, then your dreams & goals will be manifested. Now get up & get your head in the game. YOU can do this!
