Okay, it was a HUGE shock when I got on the scale this week. I got on, and saw a three pound drop! I've been following the "Golden Rules" for weight loss, and honestly, I thought the 4 pound drop of the first week was a fluke. I've been so busy with work, and we finally finished moving everything out of the Lathrop house, so I've not had any time to go to the gym...I think I may have gone last Saturday, but that was it. :( This week, since we are done moving, I'll get back in to my gym routine.

I really need help staying motivated...

Woooohoooo! Awesome loss this week! I could feel the smile you must have on your face when you typed the words! Those Golden Rules really are golden. I've had great success using them, too so they really do work. I'm so happy for you! I think all of your activity moving out of the Lathrop house will make up for some lost gym time. Exercise comes in many forms! Have a fantastic day

Great job! I'm so glad the rules are working for you. I am loving them too and am losing consistently too. It's exciting and freeing! Keep motivated to keep your workout schedule though-it will keep your muscles building to keep burning fat even at rest and will keep your progress moving forward while helping you feel good too.

you and me, girlfriend, we both need help getting motivated!! I'll quote your own wise, inspirational words..something like--start TODAY!! So I'm about to go down to the gym after i send this message..what about you? And what a great loss, what a great system!! You're doing fabulously--even if you didn't think you did much! Keep on goin' and you'll be entering one-derland in a few days too right along with Evelyn!...THose Golden Rules sure seem to be be golden!! You both should be dubbed the "Golden Girls" ;)
