Diario de oxdrover, 26 jul. 18

I have been craving carbs at night after supper...going back to shakes during the day and not eating after supper. I have lost a couple of o\pounds (weighed at doctor's office yesterday) but have been eating too many calories. Keeping sodium down though, so no water retention, swelling feet etc. Been sort of depressed over some family things so I think that is making me crave the carbs. At least I am not gaining weight like I have been for the past couple of years.
