Weight stayed the same. And I'm happy about that. On Wednesday I went back to the doctor to find out why my voice hasn't come back yet, and we discovered that acid reflux irritates my vocal cords at night, and that causes the voice loss. She's put me on anti-reflux meds & no alcohol for at least a week. On Monday I'll be back at Crossfit. I can't wait to get back to a normal routine.
