117,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 39,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Returning member. Had lost 50 pounds with 20 to go 4 years ago and then stalled for 8 months. Had gall bladder out, then kidney stones, then finally quit smoking and added back 75 pounds. Lost 7.8 so far this week. Decided to get back on here as was very helpful and I still need to loose 88 pounds. Hubby actually wants 108 off. Ughhh! Okay - just common sense. Cut the carbs and concentrate on lower sugar producing fruits and veggies, lean meats. Melons and berries are best vs. fruits (no bananas or pineapple) for use in recipes or for snacks.

Thanks for sharing your story. It is so important to realize how we can let life get in the way of living well. Maintenance seems so much difficult and different than the weight loss phase. I’m finding myself backsliding a bit. Your entries over time really help to address the long term. Best of luck on your new journey. Congratulations on your return to healthy eating . And well done with smoking cessation!!!
