Checked ideal weight for my body frame (large) and the calculator indicated a range of 169-184 lbs. I think for me I am comfortable around the weight of 174-180 lbs so it means losing a total of 12-20 lbs. This is more around my thinking as my doctor told me 150 lbs, but for my large frame/bones I have never been able to reach such a low weight even when I was doing marathons and triathlons. www.divine.ca/en/ideal-weight-calculator/#

Interesting. Thanks for the link. I'm thinking I have mastadon bones, just huge and enormous, LOL!

I just tried it... It says I do have larger bones and says my weight should be between 127 and 142. I've been shooting for 145 as a goal weight, so I'll get to that and maybe re-evaluate and see if I'm ready to go lower. I'm 5'3", so I could probably weigh less.
