I hit my goal weight of 130 and maintained for a while and experimented with what foods I can eat that do and dont make me gain...all in SB phase 2 and 3 food lists. But now I'm back to phase 2 combined with working out and the weights coming off again, faster than I thought so I lowered my goal weight. I think if you focus on what your body is telling you, you can do it! People here all have great advice so take advantage of it. We're here for ya!
