I gained weight over the last month and then was so excited because I was losing again. I came into work today and weighed in and just knew that I was back on track and had to be at my lowest weight in years. I log in and guess what I weigh the exact same as I did a month and a half ago. But yes I am back on track and have lost the 5lbs that I gained so now it just has to keep falling off. I am so close to my goal that it is almost discouraging that I haven't reached it yet. Well I have got a few more months of hot weather, I know I can reach it and then some.
