i followed the sb phase 1 100% but it doesnt reflect on the scales unfortunately - this time 6 weeks it will be a different story - go trailblazers!

I hate when that happens. I did the Extreme Fat Smash perfectly and only lost 4 lbs..which was ok, but not the 10 or so I was expecting. Hope this week is a good one for you!
