I am recording a weigh-in because it has been a week. I know I am up 1.5 but I am more focused than I was for the rest of the week so the upfluct should not last long. It's not always in the Old Man's hands :) Usually, it's actually in mine and I know it! Today is a good day. About to head out on my morning walk for the first time in a week. I missed it quite a bit, actually.
Food yesterday was decent despite the Popeye's my calorie count came in at a good level. Steps were low, only 7K, so today I am aiming for 13K to make up the difference.
