I had a friend visiting from Michigan for over a week so I also took a vacation. I ate whatever I wanted and did whatever I wanted to do. Needless to say, I ate crap and I didn't work out. But it was awesome and a ton of fun! 7 lbs isn't that much to gain and I can take it off quickly. All in all, it was totally worth it. Now, back to the grind! :)
