A trick I am trying to use is to make a meal replacement smoothie in the morning or choose some other little snack that can be eaten bit by bit and keep it in the refrigerator. Then every time I head to the fridge to sneak something, there is a good option right there ready for me. Take a sip/bite and walk away.
