On my journey with my body and my weight , there has been so many days of tears that I just felt worthless, fat, ugly amd no good. I have been bigger, smaller, unhealthy, anorexic, bulimic, and a binge eater. It has been part of my life basically forever. Since I have asking God for help and not trting to do everything myself, I have learned so much. First, my identity is in Him. I am already good and pretty enough. All I need to do is focus on Him and then work on my health because I already love myself, not because I want to love myself. So now, I am going to gym regularly, eating healthy (most of the time) and enjoying various foods, activities and rest days.
Love yourself first, because God already loves you and He loves you too much to leave you the way you are. He will always help you if He thinks it's good for you. Stay stro.g on your journey and don't forget to let God help you and give you the strength you need. ❤
