today is day two of take off and i have lost 3 lbs and am now down to 185 from 206 35 lbs more to go. we will see how it goes after day 2 of take off. although i have to admit take off stinks i am so tired of green veggies.

Congrats on the 3lbs loss. Im with lttlangel though...sure glad I never had to do the take off this time around!!!! Anyways keep up the good work!

lol the juice is the only GOOD part. i dont do bars so my sweet tooth is killin me by day 2 but i stopped that yesterday and i am savoring my yogart today lol. thank you ladies and good luck.
