following a healthy and balanced diet is pretty easy for me in the warm months. I crave fresh fruits lately which is all good! Happy to be getting in great shape!

Haven't been on here in awhile! We are selling our house.. which has made following a meal plan a little more difficult with all the craziness! Exercising early in the morning seems to be helpful before the kids get up... I need to write out a whole week ahead of time so I can follow things more carefully!

Feels great to still go down in weight when we had made (a very healthy) homemade pizza! Working hard pays off- so does buying all fresh foods. When I grew up n Europe and everyone shops daily for their daily meals. That's what I have been doing.. so no more processed food for us! :)

Being a mother with two little girls it's hard to explain that I am eating a stricter diet.. I don't want to even know what the word diet is! So tonight we are making an uber healthy homemade pizza.. that way we indulge but don't go overboard!
