I forgot to do actual measurements last week so here they are for start of week 2:
R Arm: 14.5" L Arm: 14.5"
R Thigh: 23.5 L Thigh: 24"
R Calf: 17" L Calf: 17.5
Hips: 46"
Waist: 35"
Chest: 36.5"
hope I see some improvements

Well my weight is back up to 185.2 and my body fat this time was 30.2....like I said before not sure how accurate the scale is. I have done all but Fridays workout...I felt pretty blah that day and never got around to doing it. I ate pretty well this week still having trouble syncing my phone with the computer for the food diary. I think in another week or two I will start going to the gym along with Insanity...not sure yet just depends on how much time I have...hope you all did well on the 1st week...GOOD JOB for completing it :)

Day 4: of insanity...that might have been my favorite video yet...cardio recovery I needed it...a bunch of stretches and yoga poses that I could not hold :) felt good to stretch everything really good

Day2: Plyo Cardio Circuit: wow is all I can say....I like the way the circuit is set up that you do it 3x then a different circuit 3x....the basketball drills killed me I will be one sore lady tomorrow...I wasn't able to do the level 1 drills really my arms were like jello by the time we got to them I couldn't hold my weight....if you don't lose a little weight doing these exercise videos you must not be doing them because I was drenched...wonder what tomorrow will bring :)

The fit test was pretty hard but I made it through: results of day 1
