This extremely busy life style I'm sure is helping drop the weight.
Its good that the pants aren't to tight anymore. What a difference a few pounds make.
Six days a week on the run...
One day a week to regroup.
I got a call from my oncologist and she recommend me to be some spokesperson on breast cancer. I guess I find out more later if they choose me.
Looking forward to the campout at my place on the 25th and then I am going to a reunion with my dear friend Lisa in October ... both these things should be lots of fun.
Anyway hope you all are well.

Wow... makes me feel good that I am dropping ounces...
I've been drinking green tea in the morning and at night as my sister told me that it helps with belly fat... My pants do feel better.
Long night last night and I am tired today... I missed church this morning.. that doesn't make me feel good. I have to go to work soon.
I did visit with my parents, sister and Jacob this morning that was nice.

Yahoo... I'm 132.4 lbs....
must have been that busy day yesterday... even though it was my day off I had to work about 3 hours due to problems with our new ATM / Visa system... Also been drinking the green tea.
Today, normally my day off I work to cover for my boss who is on vacation...
Took Ursala (my dog for a walk down to mom's this morning). When we had the couple of hundred days I had left Ursala at my mom's because of more shade. When I went to go pick her up Wednesday she would leave my sight, guess she thought I had deserted her.
WEll... I have to get my stuff done and I need to eat something healthy this morning as it could be a very long day. My cold slowly disipating... but my mom and dad now have it.

Its a good day today... I feel better today. Stayed home yesterday because my head a chest cold was kicking my back end... yep thats right.
Open the store today so it was a early morning rising @ 4:00 am.
I did eat a donut today... but only had two cups of coffee. Just had some rice with home grown stewed tomatoes, bellpeppers, onion and garlic... Very good. Tired now and think I will take a nap.

Good Morning : )
Been very busy... went to the bay area on Thursday, then to visit my sister in Stockton, Saturday in the Bay Area to go to my 30th Class Reunion (oh what fun), came back Sunday morning... church and work.
Well I wanted to shake up my routine and so I have. Woke up this morning with a stinkin cold... It was cold in S.F. and the change of weather got me good.
I have also picked up some side work with Preferred Financial and for the next 2 months my schedule is booked solid.
I'm looking forward to going with Lisa to No. Highlands reunion should be fun.. I will be with Lisa so I will enjoy it no matter what.
I have an appointment tomorrow to get my mammo.. : 0 ... Still real sore on right below the breast (the rib and around my back).
I'm covering for my boss this week as he is going on his annual golf trip. So much so much going on... but this will be good for me as I need to increase my energy level and I think it is activity that I need to do so.
My garden of tomatos is doing wonderful... and I like to heat totilla's add cheese, onion, cucumbers and fresh tomatoes ... makes for good eat and pretty healthy.
Well I wish you all a wonderful day.... Maybe I will weigh in tomorrow down at my mom's.
