I can't say I've stopped eating sweets/junk food all together but I am happy with the limited amount I am eating. I can't believe I've made it to a point where I can keep chocolate covered bananas in my freezer and not want to eat the entire box. It feels nice to have some control. Last night I thought I would treat myself to Brookside chocolates, since I really hadn't eaten enough for the day anyway. Let me tell you, I had the worst stomach ache and have not had the most wonderful bathroom experience this morning haha. (Sorry for the info). I guess my body is even starting to reject the junk (yay!). I haven't been weighing in, and I really don't see a change in my body but I feel so much better - about myself and my choices. So that might be good enough for me right now. And who knows, maybe change takes a little longer than expected and when I do weigh-in I'll be pleasantly surprised.
