Been super-duper busy with the Los angles move......I am down 160.4 but have donw HORRIBLE the last couple of days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am doing really well...but every once in awhile I say, "WHAT THE &*(%&(*& and GO FOR IT!". I am down to 161.2 which is better than up...my pants are actaully somewhat LOOSE!!!!It's all in my tummy and it is nice not to have my pants cutting off the circulation in my gut! I am sorry I haven't been around...MY COMPUTER crapped the bed last week and I was barely able to get on line....I tried today and my computer worked...I"M BACK!!!!!

I have followed almost 100%...I did eat 2 pizza (small) bits of my sons and there was one other thing I should add...but can't remember right now...I am still eating my SUBWAY almost everyday for lunch, but have to pick up on working out again...starting tomorrow...My cold is ALMOST gone, but am still a little bit run-down...

I am starting to do things i've been afraid of doing...like going to the dentist yesterday and today I have my physical. I went to a new dentist who REALLY checked my mouth and because I was afraid to go the past 3 years I have suffered a bit, but nothing I he can't take care of...Today I am starting with a new Dr. for a complete physical before I am off to California in a couple of months. Last year I had a physical and weight 162 which I thought was a BLOB on my part. Right now I weigh 163.5 and feel lighter...that is because I had reached 167 the other week. Funny when I was 151 I thought I was huge...Now I think I would feel ever so light...My eating habits have been GREAT...nothing more I can do on that end...my working out could be better...which I am going to work towards this week...

Housework will have to be my gym for the day!
I am leaving today to go to my sons boarding school from Thursday through Sunday. The good news is I am helping to facilitate the seminaring and alot of the day is taken up by being busy. The problem is going to be resisting the food. They actaully have good food there. I am going to bring my oatmeal for the morning along with some other little snackie foods, but am a little worried about the temptations. BUMMER!!!!!!!I got a call from our realtor that someone wants to look at our house on Saturday...SO...that means I have to &*$^$ clean before I leave today.....NOt sure what kind of a mood I am in for the day...
kinda here and kinda there....but not really anywhere....
