Actually sitting down to a meal this morning instead of eating on the go. Setting my intentions for the day.

Woot! It's a beginning. I've been doing cardio daily for a month now and have lost inches but finally lost a little weight too this time. Hope the trend continues! It does feel good to only have one more notch left on my belt before I need to go a size down and some room in my pants. All good.

Bummer. I really thought I might lose a pound or two with all the cardio I'm doing. Hopefully next week? 🤞 I do feel really great, my skin is super soft and hydrated, I'm getting around more easily, and my back doesn't hurt halfway through my shift at work. So that's all good and keeping me feeling positive instead of discouraged.

Today is busy! So I'm having a fast food lunch. Trying to be diligent about eating and not skip meals entirely. This is a challenge for me. Its been presented that when I barely eat I am prepping my body for fat storage. Shifting mentalities.

Hello! New to the app and the group. I have 75 lbs to lose. I'm walking daily and resistance training two or three times a week. Today is day 9. It's kicking my butt and I feel great in almost equal measures.
