Keeping my portion sizes down and managed to actually lose some weight this week. Yay! Now to work on keeping the carbs down.

Actually lost some weight, but it doesn't show on the chart because I forgot to log my last 2 weigh ins. I had gained both times, but today I lost 5.2 lbs. I'm happy I lost, but not that I waited so long to get back on track.

I actually recorded my food and exercise 6 days in a row. I hope I am back in the habit like when I was on Weight Watchers.

Amazing how only a few items you eat can be so many calories at the end of the day. SMH! Well, I better start making different choices. YUK! Going to bed so I don't eat.

I almost gave up today because I ate so much, but I know me and I would have quit entirely. So instead I recorded all the many calories. My stomach is burning really bad today and that is why I ate so much. Nexium and pepcid are not working anymore. Guess I need to make an appointment with the GI doctor, which I have been putting off. Hope tomorrow will be better. I will make the appointment tomorrow. No looking back then. LOL!
I need to lose a lot of weight before mid September. I'm off to a lousy start. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I'm drinking more water, though. Hahaha!
