Today I did well especially since I took off and ate carbs Friday night and Saturday. I met with Gloria at the restaurant and to keep on track, i ate my dinner for breakfast and then had a salad with chicken - took my own salad dressing - and ate my breakfast for dinner! I think I will do the same thing tomorrow too!
I know I've lost weight since my last weigh in 21 days ago but I'm not weighing myself until November 30. I am back on track but I will carb on Thanksgivin with potatoes and dressing!!! Yeah! and Cranberry!
Then, back on track. I plan to order a glucometer so that I can really stick to getting in Ketosis and rolling until Christmas and then to New years and then to my goal of 170 by summer. It would be nice to be 160 by my birthday!
Good night. I'm late for bed!

I didn't get a chance to talk about NYC and meeting Stephanie Person. What an awesome seminar. Just great! I was off that day but hey, it was NYC! Lots of info, and I'm so glad I went!
Today I had a great day. I FINALLY hit my marks - 5% carb, 15% protein and 80% fat. OMG..it was H A R D eating that much butter. But what I need to do is switch it up. Get Coconut Oil and MCT Oil and take spoons of that or mix in tea. The butter in the tea was actually how I did it. When I have tea, I have to put a tablespoon of butter in it. I'll need to order Kerry by the case from Amazon!
Anyway, I'm late going to bed. I'm about 1 hour away from sleep. Big day tomorrow, seeing Rudy and Gloria at the seminar tomorrow night. Zip Zip Zip!!!!

I'm pretty sure my cortisol level is up because I'm a bit stressed. First I got ticked because a high school classmate posted some negative political crap on my page so I blew up on her (that's so rude - just hit the unfriend button or don't follow. Dummy! Then some other personal stuff i can't control. And I finally took care of my candy corn craving..found a bag in local store for 99 cents. Didn't eat it all for goodness sake just about 30 pieces. Ok, I"m done now with that! Trying to get my menu in order. (oh by the way I haven't been going to bed on time - that's bad...)
So I"m going to fix these things today. I'm going to NYC on Saturday to see Stephanie Person and I KNOW I'LL GET A BOOST of confidence. I'm taking my menus to her hoping to get a little be of a free consultation with her.

I'm good today. I found that planning out my day in food before breakfast helps a great deal. I love lemon water especially with two packets of stevia - tastes like lemonade!
Dinner will be good today..
Nothing much to say. Making plans to see my cousin in January. Excited. Hoping she'll see the weight loss. I remain positive. Focused and looking forward to my day off next Wednesday. Although I was thinking I should just wait until thanksgiving!
