Whew, back in the negative calories area again. It's a sizeable relief: I'm not celebrating it because I have this wicked headache, and I'm trying to find the cause so I can make it stop. Could be tiredness, I guess.

So, the completely unsweetened Fat Bombs experiment was successful on the "flavor" front, but the molds are too narrow for them: they came out way too tall to fit in my mouth, so I had to chew on the sides for a while. Maybe I need to break out the Sweet Potato baking tins from Daiso. They're about 2 inches wide, which ought to be enough space for a Tablespoon of dough/batter.

Class went well, despite my speaking being rather halting today. Dunno what was up with that at all. Just one more meeting in July, and then I won't have any more homework stress. Had to have another tablespoon of peanut butter tonight, to ward off another binge, as I need to save the baked fat bombs for Monday, when I go from the Chiropractrix (is that even a word?) to my yarn-spinning meet up with no stops at home in between. Loving the Light Rail to my neighborhood on its way to the University District, though.

Think I'll reward myself Monday with a trip to Daiso.

Oh my Bob, the calories! The macros look great, but the calories!! It was definitely stress-eating, and weird.

I ate the first of the Fat Bombs because I could tell I was low on energy, and I had a lot of homework to finish before class tomorrow. The looming homework may have been the Stress That Broke The Camel's Back. It seemed as though I was shackled inside a robot that was doing what someone else had programmed it to do, and the key to unlock the Override Switch was missing. How frustrating! And guilt-inducing! Eventually, I got control over my arms and legs, and I dug out a scoop of Peanut Butter to slo-o-o-o-owly eat. But the stress-eating trance, ai-yi-yi!

And the irony of it was, I did all that while listening to an interview with a doctor who was talking about stress-eating. Bizarre, and how!

Got the homework done, however, so I did good. Now I think I'll call it a day.
*sigh*
