So I didn't record any food for breakfast and lunch. That is because I slept thru breakfast and I wasn't hungry for lunch. One of my habits has been eating when I'm not hungry and that is one of the contributing factors of having a big bootay! I have had success in the past with low carb diet and now I am ready to make it a life style. Now I also need to start exercising. I was fit and athletic in my 20's & 30's until I hurt my back and now I feel its time to get back on track.

First day back on Atkins in a long time. I went over the 20-25 net carbs but not by much. Better planning is on the way! Starting tomorrow I plan on looking up low carb recipes so I don't get bored with the same 'ol, same 'ol.

Still losing focus because of the holiday season (okay, so I got to blame it on something, right) Truth be known, is I have no self discipline, it is so hard to do that when you have been stuck doing the same old habit for years, heck, that is what got me into this big fat shape that I have now. Some how I got to get my mind set to moving, moving and moving, (TV STAY OFF, PLEASE!)

MOTIVATION! WHERE ARE YOU???!!! Why is it that self discipline goes on vacation around the holidays? And your motivation goes along with it? Why is it that when the TV is on, you can't get seem to get off the couch? Why is it that when the TV is on and you can't get off the couch but you do find a little bit of energy to go to the kitchen and get snacks to stuff your face in front of the TV? Why is it that when you get through stuffing your face you get depressed for eating something you shouldn't have and say "screw it" and go back and get more? WHY IS IT???!!
