Told myself I wasn not going to weigh until Feb but I had to. Yes, I lost some weight but I think it has to do more with getting of my period than actual weight lose.
Still I hope to keep up the trend of going down and keep up with my diet and exercise.
I did skip a few days of workout last week. It got kinda busy at the end of the week but maybe this week will be better.

Yoga: 20 min
Les Mills Pump: 25 min
Feeling better today and not so down. I want to weigh myself but I am not going to.
Going to try and hold out till Feb if I can. I know it is not going to show me what I want so there is no point in it. I will just get upset again.
Did my workouts this morning and I am going to stay home today. Cleaning to do I guess.

Les Mills Pump: 25 min
So I am gaining weight as I type!! This is so upsetting. I cut back a lot and started small workouts last week and I keep gaining.
I started a week early so I am sure that has to contribute some.
It still depresses me and I am really mad about this.
I am sure my sister is going to call me and tell me how she has lost even more weight on top of the five pounds in one week she already has lost.
Getting ready to go to the store and I am getting a ton of healthy foods for me to eat so I can stay on track.
Thinking of not weighing myself till Febuary:(
Very depresses at the moment.

Thinking next week I am going to start my Les Mills Pump back up again.
Time to start digging in and really focus on my workouts and diet.
20 lbs to lose and it's not going to come off with my half ass approach I have been taking this last week.
