Wow didn't see hat coming but I am okay with it, I know I was a slacker last week and started back into it hard this week so it is what it is. I will persevere and get where I need to be by June.

First off congratulations to Panigale1199 and HCB, you two ladies are inspirational to a lot of us on FS.
Second 32 minutes into the workout with two exercises to go one minute a piece first burpee's knock out 16 second push-up jacks knock out 16 not a bad way to finish a workout.
Remember if you drive a car: MOTORCYCLES are EVERYWHERE look out for us.

Great day to all!
Glad it was a yoga day today, body was feeling a little tight so the yoga really helped and I discovered I can hold Crow for about 45 seconds which is good. Other than that if I don't lose weight this week it is okay, because I am getting ready to move the belt in a notch :) and I do believe I am out of my funk. So thank you all for that :)

Two for Tuesday--Jamming to Rock of Ages on the radio debating if I actually want to do any work today. I reckon I will have to since that is what I get paid for.
Good work this morning How many moving push-ups can you do (30 seconds) after already pushing your body hard for 28 minutes then do them again because there is three sets? I managed 15,13, an 12 not bad for an old guy with no man bun. LMAO

Well it was a good weekend, and you never know about Colorado high 60's low 70's over the weekend rain and snow in places today. I think I am out of my funk Yea Me, Had a very good workout this morning and put a lot of effort into it. Read to face the world and all of the crap it throws my way. Went to the Colorado Rockies game Saturday night we got beat bad 16-3 but it is always fun going to the ballpark. Think I will follow in HCB's footsteps here.
Goals
Lose this 10lbs again
Be able to do some of the crabs she is trying to get done
Get my little 2 1/2 pack ab back
Graduate in Aug with at least a 3.8 GPA or higher
be kinder to people when the need it and be harder on people when they need.
Sorry about that last one I am not a touchy feely person
