Havent logged here in about 2 weeks because I have fallen off the wagon for two weeks :( crazy schedule out of town etc...but I am craving the gym and healthy foods! im getting back on track this weekend! will do my meal prep for the week and try and go super hard with my workouts! time to really jump start this weight loss! I hope you all are doing great!

Not having a great week :( ive been sick for two days now and for those two days have not eaten great....haven't eaten a lot by any means but didn't eat good foods. Gotta do better starting tomorrow! Also I decided I have to get my butt back to the gym..doing HIIT at home, its way to easy to just stop cuz it hurts or im tired. At the gym I am much more likely to keep going cuz I drove all the way there, I cant just stop and go sit down. I can do HIIT at the gym and other things as well. Back to the gym tomorrow it is!

Decided to do HIIT today instead of the gym and man am I sore! I haven't been sore like this the whole two weeks I was hitting the gym... Hope it pays off on the scale Monday :)

Just looked up the benifts of HIIT..and it sounds like a great way to kick up my workout routine! Anyone else doing/done this? How did it work for you?

I think I have found the culprit that is sabotaging my weight loss! NUTS! I snack on nuts and was not paying attention to how many calories nuts have! wow, its a lot! so no nuts this week...lets see how next Mondays weigh in goes :)
