**UPDATE UPDATE**
My daughter Starr's surgery went really well today...Just wanted to thank everyone who was so sweet and kind to take time out of your day to lift her up in prayer. I thank you for your well wishes and support and know that she is on her way to a fast recovery.
I also want to wish you all a Fantabulous afternoon....I hope your scales cooperated with you today and that the same happens for you tomorrow. And I wish to welcome all of my new buddies and look forward to getting to know you....

UPDATE ON MY DAUGHTER STARR!!!
Just heard from Starr this morning...she returned from her CAT scan and it looks pretty bad. She has been scheduled for sinus surgery tomorrow morning. Her ENT says they believed she had a staph infection in her sinuses but upon further testing found it to be MRSA...her blood pressure has been up and down and she has been running a temp. Overall she is still in good spirits and when we visited her yesterday she is swollen a puffy. Please keep her and Ricky in your prayers especially tomorrow...I am unable to be with her for this surgery so he will be on his own.....Thanks to all ((HUGS))

My Starr went in hospital today...for those who are new to my buddy list she is my daughter.She is 34 yrs old and has Cystic Fibrosis is an insulin dependant diabetic and has stage 3 kidney disease.I too am an emotional eater so I will be trying very hard not to screw up. Starrs pulmonary functions were at 30% and she has been coughing up blood..and her sugars are whacked because she's sick which also throws her kidney functions out of balance. ..we are hoping she is only there for 7-10 days...any longer and she tends to get worse..she is down to only 1 antibiotic to fight infections. .so it's always a struggle for her...if you are a praying person I ask you please include her in your prayers as well as her husband thank you all in advance
