I've had a really good day today. It's my birthday today and I ate like a pig last night. pizza, chinese food, one beer, a few french fries. But it feels great. I've actually lost weight. Part of it to me is probably because I've been working my ass off at work, but part of it makes me think it's because I mentally told myself I was going to be in the 140's by my birthday. This morning I weighed 149.1 pounds. I squealed a little, and my boyfriend was afraid for a second.
Now I really only have like 15 more pounds to go. I can do this. I saw pictures of myself from my party last night, that I was not embarassed to look at, that to me is a dream come true.

Pretty frustrated with my body and my weight right now. I've been stuck in the 154-153 zone for like almost a month now. I've also had my "cycle" for about 12 days now. I'm going to go see a doctor and ask their advice because this is not okay. I don't understand why I can't lose weight and I don't understand why my body feels like doing this.
I make sure to walk at least 50 minutes a day and I have been doing medicine ball excersizes as well. What is up with this. I've heard of plateaus but a whole MONTH almost? This is obscene. Or is it?
Breakfast: green tea and 2 mozarrella cheese sticks (rf)
Lunch: egg salad wrapped in lettuce, 20 almonds, 7 ounces low carb vegetable soup Diet Hansen soda to drink
For dinner I'm planning on making chicken capri and I've also made a sf cheesecake for dessert.
Any advice, or am I still being too impatient.

I believe that some day, I will get below 150. I have not seen it, but somehow I will get there.
You'd think the weight would come off a little fast yet. But it hasn't.
My boyfriends been doing a lot of half-way eating. (Soft tacos with whole wheat wrap at taco time, waffles, a cookie, cornbread, sourdough bread) and he's still losing weight. What I wouldn't do to have that luxury.
I'm going out for my friends birthday tonight, they have a dark chocolate fondue with fruit. I think I'm going to have that, hopefully it won't blow my whole diet that I've worked so hard on this week.
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 small peices of ham tbs of sugar free syrup
Lunch: wedge of laughin cow cheese, cup of brocolli with artichoke dip and a handful of almonds
Dinner: filet mignon with shitake mushrooms and grilled onions
