Still no big change - but no gain in weight. So this is good. Going to keep it up and just keep doing things that are good for me and less things that are bad for me. Eventually it will add up and I will see changes. Weekend is almost here - be good you guys! :)

This weekend was enjoyable. I relaxed and took in some movies on Saturday and Sunday I went sailing. That was a workout - arms are sore, but in a good way. Sailed to a little cove and had a nice swim and tan. Ate pretty healthy stuff on our sail. We took chicken breast, hummus, brie, grapes and whole wheat crackers - also a bottle of vino! Sunday night had a veggie stir fry with lean beef.
I am still hovering around the 132 mark and the measurements are still the same. No major changes yet after the end of my 2nd week on here but I am not put off or disappointed at all. I rather things happen slowly and surely. Rome was not built in a day (or 2 weeks!)

Bloated like crazy. This heatwave has me retaining water like crazy! Must drink more water!

Its been a tough week. My air condition died in my office in the middle of the hottest week of the year. After 2 days of headaches and lethargy I got a gushing nosebleed (usually happens when its REALLY hot.) I exercised once this week and made fairly good food choices. I'm terribly bloated and I can not figure out why...I'm scared to step on the scale. I really haven't been bad this week apart from not working out (but that was due to health - not out of laziness). Feeling sorry for myself as I'm still dizzy from last nights nose bleed (think handful of blood kind of nosebleed). I'm pretty bummed that I couldn't put my best foot forward so far this week This bloat has me feeling very disenchanted :(

So its Saturday - jeans day at work! Right now I'm in my "fat" jeans and they are tight. Sometimes I wonder if I really should buy the size up that I need but then I think that may be encouraging me to stay this size - or worse...get bigger! Being in the jeans makes me sad though - but its also a reminder of what I need to do and why!
I cheated and stepped on the scale yesterday because I just "FELT" bigger and I could believe that I was again registering at 133.6, so a whole 2 pounds in 1 day? Is it because I went over my calories a little? Water retention?
Anyway, I'm still working out how to keep in calorie range, I think I'm getting an idea of what 1600 feels and looks like when I take in to account all I eat in a day. I have to make sure I'm not in denial about what I put in my tummy...because it does all add up. This is really a lot if discipline to make it a life change/habit.
Tonight I go to Texas de Brazil for dinner for my Uncle's Birthday, so I will be skipping lunch or just having a salad to make sure I dont go over!
I think a Sunday or gorging on fruits will be a good idea to get me back on track for Monday!
Staying as real and as positive as I can be. Stress is not good...and may even make me hold onto my weight! Or so I have read...
