Meh yesterday was rough....... First off i basically doing hw and working on stuff from kid you not 9am-12am. Meh allll day. 1 1/2 of those hours are for eating. Meh couldnt go to the gym and i have an exam today and i cant find my debit card. I want to quit life for a while and just sleep.

sooooooooooo much work today. I'm going to reward my brain by going to the gym for a bit. I really do love the gym i gotta say haha. I'll probably lift for about 40 min. Do 5 sprint intervals(10 min) and about 20 min of mma self training. Gotta keep the diet. I just rewarded my brain this morning with a half a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese...... :)

dont tell you dont love toasted bagels with cream cheese. its delicious......

i'll probably edit this later to include my sets and workouts.
Leg, back, and ab day today perhaps maybe?

i might as well write about my weekend with the gf. It was utterly amazing. I have been planning it for like 2 months now. Now as i have said before gf is a voice major aka she wants to be an opera singer. Now i've never listened to opera ever but i decided to give it a go. So for our six month/ her birthday present i took her to the Metropolitan Opera to see Don Giovanni. now lets start this off right....

First things first i researched for weeks and called the met op several times trying to figure out what would be the best opera would be for the both of us to see and how to not spend a fortune on these tickets. I actually became friends with some of the tellers haha. I have been keeping this a secret till the day of event. We got up super early, got dressed up (i told her she had to look nice) headed to the train station and got some breakfast as i bought the tickets into ny. F'in expensive.....sidenote. Whatever. I wouldnt tell her even then what we're doing. We kinda just talked about everything and then we noticed that it started to snow. At first i'm like frick...this is going to suck (i really really really hate the cold) but she was estactic. She loves teh snow and hates the snow. Love it. Anyway once we finally got onto the subway i finally told her i was taking her to the met opera. She had never been to one so she was beyond! excited. It was so freaking cute. She was basically bouncing in her seat she was so happy haha it was cute. We finally got there and kinda walked around in the snow filled streets of NY and got our tickets (standing tickets are only 25 btdubs totally worth it!) We got our lunches from some hole in the wall restaurant? So delicious. It was time for the show and omg it was amazing. Her face lit up immediately and that look man it was worth it haha. Also! i loved it! The opera is like a bollywood movie with less dancing basically.

After that we headed to another surprise! Oh she gets to see my cousins. Now these cousins are totally cool, live in brooklyn in the middle of park slope (gay central). They're amazing and are like second parents to me and the 16 month old is ADORABLE. We headed to Grazieallas (best pizza ever!) We go the arugula margarita pizza soooo delicious. We got some desert and man it was just sooooo good. My cousins just opened their arms to her within seconds. Then offered her wine within the first 10 seconds... (face palm) oh well haha. They loved her and they all bonded and kelly even liked my niece. She hates kids generally btw...i love them. So for her to like and play with my neice kinda melted my heart not gonna lie.

Idk overall it was amazing. Just thought id share :) Day went so smoothly and i loved every bit of it

I'm making a promise to myself today. I will record everything(as much as i can) i eat and log my activities until at least Thanksgiving. I will work out hard and eat right but know that having a small treat will not kill me. My goal for Thanksgiving is to be at 149.

Physical goals:
Tricep dips 2 sets of 8
Pullups - 5
Squats - 4 sets of 14 with 45lb plates on each side
Deadlift - 4 sets of 14 with 35lb plates on each side

all will done by Thanksgiving

I hate my body and had a nervous breakdown about it last night. Fail for letting the psychological stress get me.
