HELLO!!!! Sorry I Haven't been on my site. I didn't pay my bill. As is my life of not working and only hubby working. We fall behind every now and again. ANYWAY, yes I am still eating right and I have slightly changed my fat smash diet. I've been exercising 5-6 days a week. On the weekends I give myself a little bit of a cheat where I can eat a small handful of chips or something. But I don't overdo it. All the week I am eating as if on phase1 phase2ish. No junk food. Lots of healthy foods, fresh fruit veggies and most importantly exercise. So I hope all of my buddies are doing well. Glad to be back online *

I'm keeping up! My motivation is keeping others motivated. The only way I can be a good support team member is if I follow my own advice. I've been and I can't wait to see my weight drop into the 120's again :) Come on girl's we can so do this 1 lb at a time! *

Because on Saturday I did have 2 bites of a carnitas taco, some baken-ets(chicharon) only a few, and on Sunday I did have about a tablespoon of homemade chicken spread w/ my salad and a cup of diet soda. I put reasonably well. The rest of the time I did do the phase 1 %100. So I would have probably lost a bit more except I did mess up. But i'm on track eating right and exercising. I'll probably skip exercise tomorrow cuz I think I pulled a hamstring this morning stretching and the innerside of my shins are hurting I don't know why either I was fine up until the day before yesterday. So YAY FOR ME, I did lose a few lbs and I'm happy to see me back into the 140's so far :) SO TODAY I START PHASE 2 I can finally have my coffee back! YUMMY *

Good Morning! I hope everyone is doing well. I am feeling more and more different everytime I wake up. I've been waking up at 6:30 am which I used to have a hard time doing. I don't get up though just kinda lay there watching the sunlight change thru the window. Anyway still eating right. Exercising. Can't wait for tomorrow to have my cup of coffee and eat some cereal for breakfast instead of yogurt or eggwhite. ;) All in all i'm feeling way better than last week. :) *

Monday is here and its all back to business as usual...I'm realizing the problem w/ me eating healthy %100 is the fact that I am constantly in the kitchen. Cooking for my 3 kids and my husband who is no where close to being ready to eat right. The kids eat well, w/ what I cook. So there I am cooking 1 meal for them and then another for me. I'm kinda getting aggitated w/ it cuz i'm spending even more time in the kitchen now....oh well hopefully once phase 2 starts it'll be easier for me. I hope I can lose some weight cuz right now I feel like my pants are tighter not even a quarter of an inch looser....Grrrr! Coffee on Wednesday is a must!!! Can't wait, I hope everyone is doing well on their new eating habbits and exercise ;) *
