Reweighed taking four goes and using the number that was returned the most. 10lbs 13oz - total loss since 24\27 April 5 weeks _ so that's neatly 1 stone. One more to go.

Very confused by this .1 of a kg loss - eaten/exercise/food group proportions all been exactly the same as the week before. It's just .2 of a lb lost. I notice on my scales that if your weight is in your heels you get a 1-2 kg light than if you have your weight more towards the front of your feet when it gives a similarly heavier reading. So I'll record this for now but I might re-do it later and test some different ways of standing as these seems quite an inaccurate result.

1.8kg lost on 8.5.17 - 9 days since starting diet on 28 April. 1.8kg is 4lbs. On target to reach goal weight in 5 weeks.

Starting from scratch and giving up drinking as when I drink, I eat. A lot. Packing more fresh and raw foods in, massive reduction in processed wheat products, no bread, switching to whole grains and protein grains like quinoa. See how that goes.
