Business travel. Did not do well on WW points. Did complete my push up and ab challenge and walked/jogged two miles this am. Tomorrow is a new day!

Following WW every day. Still have 15.5 WA points. Have also been successful with the ab challenge, push up challenge. Next week I am on a business trip, so It will be a trying week with eating and exercising. I weighed today, not official until Monday- but was 170, down a pound. Yay

Stayed within points Tues (used 1.5 of WA) and Wed (1 of WA). Haved earned a total of 10 activity points.

Really trying to stick to the eating right on WW. Yesterday... had 29.5 points (target=21), used 8.5 of WA. Not bad, except for the candy at my woman's small group. Life was hectic yesterday so I only got through pushups and sit ups, no cardio/weights.

After 1 mth of working out at Contours (if not familiar with it, it is a 29-min circuit based (nautilus machines) gym for women only).
I lost no weight, but lost 3.5 inches all over.
And more importantly, my fiance noticed and asked how my progress was going and I said since I started WW, 5 lbs- he thought I had lost more than that. That comment was so nice too hear!! cuz I was a bit discouraged not loosing more pounds.
So loosing inches- definitely counts too!
