I had a horrible headache this afternoon, absolutely debilitating and I'm not sure the cause, perhaps the sodium from the meal I had this morning-- or the fact I was up and down since 5am due to impromptu ER visit.. slept partially in a cold car.. I ate an omelette at 1040 or so and hashbrowns. it must have had a lot of sodium or something because a few hours later my head was bonkers! I have only had 900 calories today and my head just feels like ehh now but I dont feel hungry at the moment. I'm afraid the smell will make me throw up. Today has been too crazy-- with all the illnesses going around (whether because of the season or due to unhealthy habits or genetics), I hope everyone can stay healthy and continue on their journey to improve their lives via healthy activity and eating!

this may just be the daily fluctuation ...but I hopped on the scale again-- since I've started losing instead of being intimidated and frustrated at seeing it there in the corner of my bathroom I've become happy and now I almost always want to check my weight. I guess i'm going to have to tell myself now at least give it a week, maybe two in between for accuracy-- I was excited to see where im going with my new lifestyle, and I was happy! I looked down like no way but yes way.
I'm happy and daily fluctuation or not, i'm not going back up! I walk and exercise everyday and watch my food for nutrients and that full feeling. I'm becoming more aware of my body and what it needs/ says. I'm gonna take measures again in 2 weeks.
watch out May, i'm coming for ya!

did an impromptu weigh in... my mother and I have been really tightening our exercise regiment today we only did a small exercise smaller than planned because time got away from us for our second exercise.
however we did a small weight lifting exercise after our initial exercise-- we want to tone ourselves. Anyhow after I was done I looked at myself in the mirror while I prepared for a shower and thought hmm why not? it's there- so I cleaned off the scale and hopped on! AND LET'S JUST SAY: I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.
it's a slow battle but it's a nice productive one.
