I wanted to put something on my jouranl which I don't normally do. I wanted to put this on here just as a statement about me and my beliefs. Just something I felt I should do.
I just wanted to say that I am a christian and I believe in God. I have asked him to save me and to help me live a life that would be pleasing to him.
I am just putting this out there and would like people to know if there is ever a question about your salvation feel free to send me a email and I will try to help as much as I can.
This is not to offend anyone or to start a war on my page it was just something I felt I should say and put out there.
This was for me. Thank you all to my buddies who have been great support and I hope I have done the same for you. Love!!

Morning exercise
Yoga: 20 min
Treadmill: 15 min, 3-4 mph intervals, 2-3 incline
Not "running" but it's a start plus with the yoga I worked out almost twice my time yesterday.
Didn't feel like working out this morning but as soon as I got in there I was ready to go.
I had a bads night sleep last night. Could not go to sleep so I was up past one and than at 2:30 oneof my kids got up twice with in a half hour and than another kid woke up at around five I think. Up early to take the kids to school.
Feeling fine now but hope to get some sleep tonight.

Morning exercise
Treadmill: 15 min, incline 2, intervals from 3-4mph
Hey it's a start.
It's been a few weeks since I have worked out so as always I can't jump back into it and go full force. I always need a week or two to get back into it.
So I am easing myself back into workouts.

Going to try an start eatin a little heathier. I have been drowning myself in peanut m&m's and I have probably eatin my weights worth in them.
Time to cool it on the sweets and start fresh!
All tho tonight I am making cupcakes for my nephews birthday so I have to have one but after that no more!!
This morning I had for breakfast a rice cake with cream cheese and fruit plus an oatmeal banana muffin. Hope to stay on track the rest of the day so I can justify myself later, lol.
Also, I need to start working out again. It's been a while and I am getting soft:(
I need to get off my lazy butt and get on the treadmill. I am also going to restart my bodypump so my sis and her sisinlaw can do it with me.
I will weigh myself next week. I had my iud taken out and started and since it has been almost three years since my period this one is not going well and I can tell my bosy is screwed up.
Better to wait till next week so I don't go into a major depression over it.
Anyways, this week is my starter week and after that I planning on being back in the game.

So I went way over my calories for breakfast! I am trying to stick to 300 cal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
I guess I will cut out a snack or cut back on lunch.
Wesley went to his first day at pre-k. He was so excited until he learned we were leaving and than he did not want to stay.
He will be fine....just wants his mamma to feel inprortant.
So that being said, I am going to have to get a new schedule planned for school days. I should have planned ahead but since that is done and over with I will have to figure it out this week and start next.
Hope to get a workout in today but I am not holding to that.
