Cravings!! I Keep telling myself "not today Micki, maybe tomorrow".
Amazing how that seems to calm my cravings. I think I get hung up on the "You can't have that". It just makes me want it more.
One day at a time.

Ok- I totally ate bad today. Probably 2100 calories today. 😬 Mindless eating while on the phone.
I will drink lots of water tonight and get back on track tomorrow. Cutting calories is definitely the hardest part of losing weight. It's totally a mind game!

Some questions for you experts out there...
Does it make a difference what time of day you work out? i.e. First thing in the morn or an hour before bed?
How low can you take your calorie intake before your body goes into fat storing mode?
