Well I am down to 225 for a total lose on atkins of 15 pounds. I have also lost 5.5 inches since September 19. That is not to bad. I am starting to get into clothes that were to tight last month and the clothes that I could wear are getting looser. I feel better, not as depressed or anxious. I am able to clean the house without sitting down as much or go shopping without being so tired. I have not been as consistent as I would like to be in my exercise so for the next 4 weeks I am going to try and do better. My goal is still a minimum of 30 minutes a day or 2 miles. So I will continue to strive for that. This time I am going to see how long I can exercise without a break. I will try to exercise everyday until the next 4 weeks are done. I also have been slacking on my water. So I need to refocus on that again. My food intake has not been that bad. I am keeping my net carbs between 25 and 30 on most days and I also am keeping my calorie intake below my RDI on most days. I will continue to do that. I feel good about my progess. It seems slow but at least it is downward instead of up. I feel like my goal is in reach!
