Happy Friday FSers. I can't really log my food because I have no idea how to calculate the macros I ate today, but I didn't really eat unhealthy, save for some sweet and sour chicken. Got plenty of carbs today and a good night's rest, and I had no trouble today at BJJ. Thank you guys for your kind words, and you were totally right-it was low blood sugar.

OH SHEET
Passed out during BJJ. Then my vision went blurry for 15 minutes. I'd better go to the doc's and see if I have hypertension/high bp. Going to put a stop to keto for now because I need the energy from carbs, especially if I'm going 3-5x a week.
I'll cut calories by a decent margin, and keep my carbs to around 40% of my diet. I hope that doesn't happen again.

Yesterday, I didn't follow a keto diet because my friend and I got fast food. Could've made better decisions, I'll admit, but it's not the end of the world.
I didn't get fat in one day. I'm not going to lose the weight because of one day.
Anyway, looks like I have to give up whole milk... which sucks. It's too many carbs to start the day off with.

Better stats today :)
Only reason carbs are so high is because of that Green & Black I indulged on. I got a late Valentine's day package and I couldn't resist. I've got Lindt chocolate taunting me 3 feet away.
HCB, I got the olive oil, and REAL PEANUT BUTTER WOOT.

So I didn't stick to my plan today. Woke up right before BJJ and put some carbs in ma belly. It was the worst kind of carbs though. Overdosed on carbs today.
Sleep is a centerpiece for so many things. Energy, diet, focus...I have to be disciplined with my sleep and then I should see an improvement in those three areas, with proactive measures of course.
